This bag is an Awesome design and very, very sturdy and well-made. I just travelled from Canada to Europe and this was with me every second of the way. I packed it with 2-4 big water bottles, extra shoes, tablet and so many other items in the main compartment. The outside snap pocket was great for things you wanted more often and didn't need to open the bag, ie. chapstick, lipstick, tissue, sanitizer, small hand lotion and sunscreen, pen, notepad, etc. The zipper pocket again my back held my money, ID and credit card perfectly and did not bother my back at all. the straps are long, adjustable and VERY comfortable on the shoulders and back. I love the way it opens up at the top so I can get one item out without everything falling out like on the all-round zipper on my other backpacks. The top zipper is very sturdy and has a metal bracket under the material to ensure it stays open when getting things out of it. This backpack is larger than I thought it would be but not overly so, I found it perfect and WOW could it hold a lot if packed correctly. So many of my travelling companions commented and liked it. I would highly, highly recommend this attractive, sturdy, spacious bag for going anywhere and using for any activity. My other 4 backpacks will not be getting much use anymore....
