I had an issue with the zipper pulls breaking and failing off. I mentioned this problem in my original review. To my delight, the seller reached out to me and offered to send me replacement hardware. They kept me informed on the shipping of the replacement parts and followed up to ensure that I had received them. The broken zipper pulls were easy to replace myself. I love the bag itself. The leather has softened over time and all of the compartments allow me to organize all of my stuff. I highly recommend this backpack purse and the seller is top notch! Do not hesitate to buy from them.It is a well made bag and looks durable. I lost one of the zip accessories and the seller sent me replacements.This back pack purse feels so luxurious.
