It is made from very good quality materials. The straps are comfortable, and the backpack looks very good. I only used it for ordinary backpack yet, my dog is still in the "getting used to it" phase. Unfortunately my 15 inch laptop does not fit in the laptop pocket :( But i got this for my dog, so it does not matter
