My little one chose this backpack for his very first day of school. Within the first week, both zippers broke from minimal use (the lunch lady reaches for his card to scan it and he opens his bag 1-2 times a day to put a folder away or jacket in his bag). This isn't something I'd recommend for older kids who actually have to put heavier things in their bag and/or are in and out of their bag several times throughout the day. The material is like that of a reusable tote and doesn't offer much support. This is a bag for aesthetics, not practicality.Look nice but bad quality. My son got it and in the week the zipper on the school bag already broke. His old school never happened.I purchased this for my son for the start of the school year, within the first few weeks of using it one of two main zippers broke. Returned and replaced item with the same item, assuming it was just a random defect.Fast forward to only another few weeks of use with the replacement backpack with the EXACT issue. But now the return window has closed.Overall item was cute, but is cheaply made, does not feel very sturdy and isn't made for everyday use or to last beyond more then a month or so of use.First return was easy, but ultimately had to purchase a new backpack, as i missed the return window with the replacement backpack.Save your time and money, buy a different backpack. This one won’t last.Strap broke after just a few weeks of minimal use. Overall quality is disappointing. Definitely overpriced, not at all worth listing price! My son was very disappointed! And we 100% regret this purchase. :(
